Manor house in Jaunsvente estate belonged to Pljater family. The main task of reconstruction project is the designing of the modern guest house with recreation complex (swimming pools, fitness center, open sport and entertainment structures, movie-theatre) and center for business meetings ( conference hall, room for private negotiations, studios, tele-communication equipement).The main attention was paid to the recreation of primordial external front forms and saving of authenticity of wooden part of interior design.
