The project of rehabilitation of former chemical fibre works territory for needs of minicipal inductrial zone- business park: reconstruction of engineering communications systems, roads and platforms network, service railroads, building reconstruction to create the management educational center. The tender documentation was developed according to the requirements of international construction agreements (”Red Book” FIDIC) as part of PHARE programm.
