The complete reconstruction of city market to create the united trade and recreation complex in a few phases. The solutions for general plan there provided demolition of existing small trade buildings and open trading places and the construction of trade pavilions, reconstruction of grocery pavilion, the creation of roof above farm products trading space, recreation complex, that includes cafes, restaurants, movie theatres, playgrounds and structures. Special attention was paid to territory improvement: planting and zoning of parking area.
