At the moment, Arhis engineers are supervising the construction of Mark Rothko’s Arts Center. The company’s specialists daily ensure the implementation of the design project. The scope of work includes:
- Reconstruction of the facade and a complete replacement of the roof
- Restoration and rehabilitation of historic windows and doors
- Equipping a building with modern safety and comfort systems
- Landscaping and modern lighting
- Change of function of premises for organizing the exhibition and conference halls, hotel and restaurant.

It is also worth mentioning that the project is already the second project of renewal of the historic appearance of buildings of the European values ​​- Dinaburg Fortress.
