The development of 21 ha large land plot and establishment of the facilities consisting of a biogas production unit fueled by agricultural energy crops, a co-generation power station with 2 MW of electric capacity, a satellite drying facility and a piece of agricultural land for experimental cultivation of fast growing energy plants.
